This inaugural edition, published in 2006, set the tone for what followed – bold ideas, practical insights and authentic voices exploring culture, innovation, communication and the human side of business.
Helen Mac’s chapter, “Box-Busters Boost Businesses,” focused on breaking down silos and encouraging departments and individuals to work collaboratively toward optimal results. Long before “cross-functional alignment” became a corporate buzzword, this chapter championed the power of unity, shared responsibility and whole-of-business thinking.
Volume 1 sold out following its release, reflecting the appetite for thoughtful, principle-driven leadership perspectives.
