Getting to the moon takes more than one big push!
Launching a rocket and getting it out of the earth’s atmosphere takes an enormous amount of energy. Keeping it on target takes much less effort but is no less critical to its success.
Launching a business is similar, in the extreme amount of time, energy & emotional input required to get started. Keeping it going also needs a particular focus to succeed.
What’s the best way to stay on track and hit our business & personal targets?
Apply the same principles!
🌝 Choose a large and obvious target.
🏹 Take aim and start with a big push!
📈 Stay on track with small adjustments along the way.
👩🏼🚀 Make sure you have the right team with you and behind the scenes.
When I’m working with my coaching clients, I’m like the little booster rockets that keep things on course. I work with the business owner hold the big picture in mind, nudge them back on path when things stray & provide input, guidance & some extra energy as required.
Who is your “booster rocket”?
Michael Collins (below) is the least known of the Apollo 11 astronauts. As pilot of the Command Module, he stayed in orbit during the moon landing. You don’t have to be famous, or be in the public eye, to make a big difference.
