🏃♀️🏃🏻♂️“The only way to keep up with the pace of life is to stop. To hop off the treadmill. To reflect on what’s working and what’s not.” Tracey Kennedy – Lifehack
2020 was a BIG year. Many people I’m talking to are feeling exhausted, even if they managed to have a break over the past couple of weeks.
Whether we have re-started work or not, this is a good time to pause, take a deep breath and make some conscious choices about how we want to approach the year ahead.
The word “pause” comes from “pausa” – the Latin for “break”, and originally from Greek “παῦσις” (pausis) “stopping, ceasing”.
Rather than rushing back into old patterns, let’s be selective – keep what’s working, adjust things that can be improved and release habits, activities or behaviours that are not supporting us to achieve ‘best possible’ results.
So, what will you release today, to ease the load for this year?
