Is 2021 the year of early burn-out? I’m hearing from lots of people that they’re having trouble “getting back into the groove”, after their festive break (or because they didn’t have one!).
After the intensity of experiences and emotion that 2020 delivered, it’s important to take a moment (or two or three!) to tap back into our “why’ and to gather our resources for the journey ahead.
Then, we can consciously choose our attitude as we travel forward towards our goals.
As Seth Godin puts it in his blog “we can decide to create possibility and contribute”.
