My clients, over the two-and-a-half decades of my career as a business and personal development consultant, range from large multi-national, corporate organisations to solo-preneurs; from senior executives to people just beginning their careers or from the "coal-face" of their business.
They all have one thing in common - a desire to get better results for themselves, their department and their business.
My passion is to rid the world of the "grey-faced army" - people who drag themselves to work leaving their hearts and souls safely at home. I work with my clients in management roles to create departments and organisations in which people feel encouraged to do their best. With individual clients, I show them how to make better choices, so they can approach their work with enthusiasm and energy.
